個人情報とは、個人に関する情報であり、お名前、性別、電話番号、メールアドレスなど特定の個人を認識し得る情報をいいます。

当教室では、以下の目的の為に、その範囲内においての個人情報を収集・利用致します。
当教室による個人情報の収集・利用は、生徒様の自発的な提供によるものであり、生徒様が個人情報を提供された場合は、当教室の本方針に則して個人情報を利用することを生徒様が許諾したものとします。
・業務遂行上で必要となる当教室からの問い合わせ、確認、およびサービス向上の為の意見収集
・各種お問合せ対応
個人情報の第三者への開示
当教室は以下の場合を除き、同意を得ないで第三者に個人情報を提供することは致しません。
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である時
個人情報の開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止
当教室にて制作した作品は氏名を伏せて、名前のイニシャルにて掲載をさせて頂きます。（教室規定2022年度 第13条）
ご本人・保護者のご承諾を得て、氏名の開示、顔写真の開示をさせて頂いておりますが、これらのデータの開示・訂正・削除・利用停止のご希望の場合は、速やかに対応させ頂きます。

Works created in our classroom will be published using your initials, with your name hidden. (Article 13 of Classroom Regulations 2022)
We will disclose your name and face photo with the consent of the person/guardian, but if you wish to disclose, correct, delete, or stop using this data, please contact us immediately. We will take care of it.
